Cradled between a lovely grass park and Magic Sands Beach Park, this older condo complex is great for swimmers, surfers, and sunbathers. The studios vary because they're individually owned, but all are spacious and light, with oceanfront views right above the surf. Most units have lanai. The new Magics Beach Grill is a fantastic, popular on-site eatery.
