3 Best Nightlife in Southern Arizona, Arizona

Big Nose Kate's Saloon

Fodor's choice

This popular pub was once part of the original Grand Hotel, built in 1881. Saloon girls dressed in red-feather boas encourage visitors to get into the 1880s spirit. Live music and a well-stocked gift shop make this a fun spot for food, drinks, and Wild West amusement.

St. Elmo Bar

Established in 1902, the St. Elmo Bar is decorated with an assortment of the past and present, including a 1922 official map of Cochise County that hangs next to a neon beer sign. Locals and tourists hang out here beginning at lunchtime. The jukebox plays during the week, but on weekends live bands rock the house with sounds ranging from rock to rhythm-and-blues.

Stock Exchange Saloon

Located in the historic Muheim building, the beautifully renovated Stock Exchange Saloon serves food along with libations, and has a pool table, shuffleboard, and—on many nights—live music ranging from local jazz, rock and blues to national acts (the place has great acoustics). The 1914 stock board still hangs on the wall.
