The shelves at this gallery and art shop are packed with local artwork, Alaska Native crafts and jewelry, and ravens—lots of them, including a couple of murals that adorn the side exterior.
A gorgeous coffeehouse and gallery–gift shop, Resurrect is located inside a 1932 church—the ambience and the views from the old choir loft are reason enough to stop by. This is a good place to get great coffee, enjoy fresh pastries, and find Alaskan gifts—many of them made by local artists and craftspeople, so they aren't mass-produced.
