An exclusive boutique lodge on the south shore of Lake Puyehue, Cantarias combines personalized service and an excellent restaurant with outdoor excursions like fly-fishing, kayaking, trekking, and skiing. They also facilitate several travel opportunities around Puyehue National Park. All eight rooms are suites with private terraces to take in the impressive views of the lake, forests, and volcanic mountain range. There are outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, and private lakeside beach. Still, it's the restaurant that's the gem here, serving constantly changing dishes that combine local flavors with a creative approach. Rates are all-inclusive and can be tailored to include specific excursions.
