Fodor's Expert Review Shelburne Inn

4415 Pacific Way, Seaview, Washington, 98644, USA Fodor's Choice

A white picket fence and lovely gardens surround a Victorian hotel that's been continuously operating since it was built in 1896. It offers distinctly decorated rooms full of fresh flowers, handsome antiques, fine-art prints, wrought-iron beds, and vintage wardrobes. Room 2 features a canopy bed and claw-foot tub, and Room 11 has a handsome half-canopy bed and stately wooden walls. Innkeepers Laurie Anderson and David Campiche have run the place for 30 years. The Shelburne Restaurant and Pub has a dark wooden interior and a contemporary American menu dominated by seafood. Homemade pastries and specialty desserts feature fresh local ingredients.
