Ichiban's specialties include both classic sushi as well as American interpretations, some with hot chilies, or with locally-inspired combinations. You can order some fine cold sakes, and there's a full bar. This is one of the most interesting dining destinations in town. It's set in a former church, complete with exquisite stained-glass windows, vaulted ceilings, and a modernized interior.
