The elegant Shops at the Bellevue have started to succumb to the fierce retail competition in the area, but staples like Tiffany & Co. and a Williams-Sonoma cookware store remain within the historic building. A downstairs food court is bustling at lunchtime; several upscale restaurants in the historic building, which also houses an elegant hotel, are popular in the evening.
