7760 N. U.S. 101, Gleneden Beach, Oregon, 97388, USA Fodor's Choice
Secluded and refined, this upscale resort designed in the 1960s by renowned architect John Gray is set in a hillside forest preserve near Siletz Bay and offers spacious, art-filled rooms with wood-burning fireplaces, balconies, and large whirlpool tubs. The spa is outstanding and there are plenty of diversions, including one of Oregon's top golf courses, an adventure-oriented aerial park, tennis, and a pool, and there are a couple of different excellent dining options.
