The motto of this beer, Texas barbecue, and music bar in an old motorcycle garage is a provocative "cook slow and ride fast." They could certainly add "and have a great time." The space is cavernous, with a giant American flag behind the stage, where bands play most nights until late. The Shop relocated to this space with weekend openings only. Look for extended hours to come.
