Room
Swank and simple rooms have dark wood floors, mural-covered walls, and huge windows. A plant in every room and triple-house-filtered bottled water all contribute to an environmentally friendly ethos.
Bathroom
Copper-colored tile, large glass walk-in showers, and quality bathrobes are nice touches.
You Should Know The bathrooms here are essentially glass boxes that are completely exposed to the room. Curtains provide some privacy, but perhaps not enough to make all guests comfortable. Maybe don't stay in a room with someone you wouldn't mind being inside of a bathroom with.
Lobby
Double-height windows provide unobstructed city views. Guests love the fresh-baked cookies, coffee, wine, and fresh fruit that are regularly offered.
Pool
A rooftop plunge pool with skyline views is open seasonally, approximately from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Tip Yoga classes are offered in-season by the pool.

The neighborhood’s famous shops are within easy reach. This particular section of SoHo is also home to small, intimate restaurants and bars. Several downtown neighborhoods including Greenwich Village and Tribeca are under a 10-minute walk away. This location is also well served by the subway including the A, C, and E trains at Canal Street.

A prime SoHo location puts a great selection of restaurants on the hotel’s doorstep. One neighborhood favorite is Felix (1-minute walk), a charming bistro serving classic French fare; tables by the big windows that open onto the street are particularly coveted. For modern twists on Italian food, make a reservation at Café Altro Paradiso (4-minute walk), a sunny and sleek space from the team behind popular Nolita restaurant, Estela. Some of the best Italian sandwiches in the city come from a postage-stamp-size spot on Sullivan Street; the made-to-order creations at Alidoro (5-minute walk) are worth waiting in the out-the-door line.
