New Hampshire's capital (population 44,000) is a small and somewhat quiet city that tends to state business and little else. With that said, downtown has lately experienced an influx of restaurants and bars. Stop in town to get a glimpse of New Hampshire's State House, which is crowned by a gleaming, eagle-topped gold dome.
