This back-alley arts and performance space hosts experimental jazz and improvised music, film, multimedia, poetry, and graphic arts. But don't expect to order up a cocktail or snack; 186 doesn't serve anything besides music and chairs. Master guitarist Mick Goodrick accompanies figure drawing classes Sunday morning as "right brain sanctuary." Watch the online video to find your way to the space.
