Adjacent to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, this elegant French restaurant, with floor-to-ceiling windows and modern decor, is the sort of place where locals come to splurge with either a five- or eight-course tasting menu, including a vegetarian one. Chef-owner Frank McClelland's dishes—from caviar and roasted foie gras to beef sirloin and smoked Maine lobster—are as delicious as they are artful and often include ingredients harvested that morning from McClelland's own farm.
