Why We Like It

You’ll fall in love with this romantic block of Esplanade Avenue, and this splendid mansion fits right in with the spirit of the neighborhood.

Fodor's Expert Review

Guests enjoy baked treats, wide verandas and balconies, and immaculately detailed rooms at this large, elegant B&B in the center of town. Esplanade Avenue is its own tour of historic mansions and verdant gardens, tropical plants, and Spanish moss, and the B&B is a quick 15-minute walk to the festival grounds where Jazz Fest takes place.

Tip More than just delicious breakfast: Innkeepers here are happy to offer fresh snacks and refreshments before or after your excursions about town.
