The main function of this facility is to scan bills for counterfeits, destroying unfit currency, and repackage fit currency. It also  processes currency and checks,. The lobby's visitor center exhibits of old bills, counterfeit money, and a million dollars in $1 bills. Every weekday at 1pm, one-hour tours are offered. Learn how money travels and show a high-speed currency-processing machine. Sorry, they don't give out samples.
