Fodor's Expert Review Lilikoi Café
Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.
Locals love this gem of a café, tucked away in the back of the Parker Ranch Center, in part because it's hard to find and they want to keep its delicious breakfast crepes, freshly made soups, and croissants Waimea's little secret. It's just as good for lunch: owner and chef John Lorda creates an impressive selection of salad choices daily, including chicken curry, beet, fava bean, chicken pesto, and Mediterranean pasta. The food is fresh, many of the ingredients are organic, and everything is homemade.
