One of the city's quirkiest and most fun dining experiences is tucked away behind a small storefront on Mitchell Street. At this tapas restaurant, the chef-owner Paul Luna is often as involved in your dining selections as you are, stopping to pull up a chair and chat up patrons in the small dining room. The menu changes regularly, but Luna always does well with seafood, soups, and fresh, seasonal vegetables. Note that the restaurant is not child-friendly.
