Why We Like It

The option of having apartment-style lodging instead of a typical hotel room is ideal for longer stays in Atlanta, as well as for families or friends traveling together. Additionally, the location in the heart of downtown Atlanta can't be beat for those traveling for leisure as well as those traveling for business.

Fodor's Expert Review

Twelve Downtown places you in the heart of downtown Atlanta, in one or two bedroom suites that have all the amenities of home: full kitchens with cookware and tableware, separate living and dining areas, complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, DVD players and ergonomic workspaces. There's also a fine-dining American restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and a rooftop pool deck and fitness center.

You Should Know While the downtown location of the hotel is awesome because it's convenient to so many tourist attractions, this is a high traffic area so prepare yourself for throngs of fellow tourists in the area as well as lots of road traffic.
