The mirror-calm Alexander Lake reflects towering pine trees that also overlook the majority of this resort's cozy cabins, which are designed for tranquility and hold as many as 12 people. Still, there's plenty of room for fishing, horseback riding, boating, or snowmobiling. Updated cabins have modern, comfortable beds and kitchens of varying sizes. The lodge now offers a handful of hotel rooms as well. A hot breakfast is included, served at the lodge, which also serves lunch and dinner daily, with many specialties from the owners' native Poland.
