The restaurant specializes in dry aged beef, but you can also get seafood and chops, and there are vegetarian choices. Steaks and chops are prepared your way with a selection of sides that includes mac and cheese, roasted potatoes, and steamed asparagus with hollandaise sauce. Go early for the nightly happy hour (between 4 and 6:30), when items on the bar menu are half price—or hang around late to catch the action at the Martini Dome bar.
