The hip sushi spot at Squaw serves stylized presentations. On some evenings you can sit at the bar and watch extreme ski movies, many of them filmed right outside the window. From 3 to 5 enjoy the afternoon special: a spicy-tuna or salmon hand roll and a can of Bud for six bucks.
