Classic fine dining gets a face-lift at this opulent yet comfortable New York–inspired restaurant. A mainstay since the '90s, Far Niente remains modern with oversized pendant lamp shades, soft lighting, circular banquettes, and a palette of black and camel. Chef Jun Geem, a veteran of fine-dining kitchens from London to Dubai, takes some surprising risks in the kitchen, offering up a watermelon salad topped with pearls of balsamic vinegar or flanking ricotta ravioli with pea puree and pickled mushroom. The impressive global wine selection ensures there's a glass for everyone's taste.
