Visits to the family-owned Sainte Famille Winery in Falmouth, 5 km (3 miles) west of Windsor, combine ecological history with the intricacies of growing grapes and aging wine. Tours in season are at 11 am and 2 pm, and tastings, available during retail hours, are done in the gift shop, where bottles are sold at bargain prices.
