On the western slopes above Okanagan Lake, this cheery B&B offers terrific views and genuine hospitality. A separate guest entrance opens to a comfy communal lounge with a large-screen TV and DVD player, Internet access, and a small kitchenette. The bedrooms are simple but cozy, and true to its name, an apple theme permeates everything (especially at breakfast, where apple motifs adorn linens and dishes). If you're home early enough, you might be offered a delicious dessert, often apple-oriented as in a crumble or cake.
