Playa Negra

Surfer culture is apparent here in the wave of beach-shack surfer camps along the road that leads to the rocky strand of beach. But Playa Negra is growing up fast, with some interesting cafés and restaurants popping up to cater to beachgoers and residents of an upscale residential development called Rancho Playa Negra.
