Fodor's Expert Review Kaiser's Reblaube
Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.
Get the most out of the Altstadt experience by eating in one of its most beautiful medieval buildings, which dates from 1260 and once hosted Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, who slept in a room now used as an extra dining room, the "Goethe Stübli." The restaurant offers an à la carte menu and two versions (one of which is for vegetarians) for each of the three-, four-, or five-course fixed-price menus. The menus change seasonally, but always include classic favorites like the duck liver and veal with Rösti.
