Fodor's Expert Review London Bar
Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.
Legendary haunt for some of the greatest artists of the 20th century (Dalí, Picasso, and Miró to name but three), the art nouveau London Bar is a weathered (cracked printed tiles, antique frames, faded walls) circus-inspired slice of bohemia; full of character and charm. Live music, ranging from the usual suspects to reggae and rumba, is played nightly from 10:30. Attracting a mixed crowd of local and travelers, the venue serves coffee and conversation during the afternoon, then switches gears to offer beer on tap, classic cocktails, and a backroom for concerts and gearing up for after-hours mayhem.
