A popular staple for vegetarians on the go, Maoz first opened in Amsterdam back in 1991 and now has four locations across the city center (plus a few abroad). Their signature falafel sandwiches are made fresh to order and fully customizable with tasty toppings like curried carrots, pickled beats, hummus, and a variety of sauces.
