Why We Like It

This luxury hotel is set in Rome’s most exclusive neighborhood, just down the street from Bernini’s classic Tritone fountain. It's in the middle of it all, but set on a quiet street away from city traffic. With views of the most beautiful domes of Rome from the roof garden, a cozy spa and welcoming rooms, there are a variety of amenities not on offer from similarly-priced hotels. There are also several business amenities and meeting rooms at the hotel, but it never feels like a business hotel. The incredible staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home.

Fodor's Expert Review

This welcoming hotel, housed in a 19th-century palazzo near Piazza Barberini, has old-world luxury and charm an easy distance from the Metro, the Trevi Fountain, and plenty of good restaurants. The marble-floor lobby is light and welcoming, and upstairs each room is furnished with fixtures designed exclusively for the hotel. Guest rooms are a bit kitschy, with paisley prints adorning the walls and matching drapes. The breakfast buffet on the rooftop is fresh, delicious, and abundant. The hotel also has a delightful in-house spa where you can recover after a long day of sightseeing.
