Superseded by the Bibliothèque Nationale François-Mitterrand, France's longtime national library now hosts well-done temporary exhibits, often featuring photography from its vast collection of legends such as Cartier-Bresson and Man Ray. The library remains open (though some portions are off-limits) during a 10-year renovation that's set to end in 2020.
