This hopping little spot popped onto the Burggasse last year, and it's the best thing that's happened to the sweet tooth since cake was invented. The decor is ice-cream parlor meets relaxed coffeehouse, the menu a delirious smorgasbord of delectable American-style ice creams and hot-from-the-oven pies. Everything is homemade, from the cherry cobbler (yum!) to the waffel cones the ice cream is served up in, and only organic ingredients are used. Try the Nerd's Favorite: vanilla ice cream with brownies, candied walnuts, and caramel sauce (remember: all homemade), or go all in for Mother's Nightmare: chocolate ice cream with brownies, peanut butter, chocolate fudge and hazelnuts. Finish with a refreshing drink of homemade ice tea.
