Why We Like It

Fodor's Expert Review

You cannot get any closer to the water's edge than this two-story oceanfront hotel adorned with palms, fragrant frangipani, and brilliant bougainvillea that add stunning contrast to the old white stone walls that separate the hotel from narrow Duke Street. Rooms upstairs feature vaulted ceilings and spectacular views while ground-level guests enjoy direct beach access through their own garden patio. Indonesian four-poster beds are the highlight of rooms 51-53. On the opposite side of Duke Street is the more economically priced Atrium accommodation. There is a full-service restaurant and bar on-site, spa services, and Blue Water Divers.
