Punta Borinquen Golf Club. The 18-hole Punta Borinquen Golf Club, on the former Ramey Air Force Base, was a favorite of President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Now a public course, the beachfront course is known for its tough sand traps and strong crosswinds. Membership is not required to play, but some say the course needs better upkeep and repairs since Hurricane María.
