Known as the Milla de Oro (Golden Mile) because of its string of more than 15 seaside restaurants, the community of Joyuda is a must for seafood lovers. The same can't be said for those in search of a beautiful beach, as erosion has taken a terrible toll: in some places, all that's left is a sliver of sand. But that doesn't stop hordes of local families from making a beeline to the bit of beach that’s left.
