During its heyday, guests at what was then called Plantation Inn included British royals, Winston Churchill, and authors Noël Coward and Ian Fleming, but today, it's one of the Caribbean's most popular boutique hotels. Overlooking a private Caribbean cove and spanning 17 acres, this British colonial getaway is composed of 74 ocean-view suites and the private Villa Plantana, which has its own pool, dedicated butler, and chef.
