These three classic Bahamian-style cottages are ideally placed on 22 private acres between Long Bay and Black Sound. Two beachside cottages are on a rise overlooking Pelican Cay and the Atlantic. Each has two comfortable bedrooms, a screened-in porch, a combination living–dining room with built-in settees, a well-stocked library, and a fully equipped kitchen. The Harbour Cottage, with one air-conditioned bedroom, is on Black Sound, steps away from the dock. If you're renting a boat, you can tie it up right out front. Families, groups of friends, and couples looking for an escape will enjoy this location. Docks can accommodate yachts up to 70 feet and are free for hotel guests. Three-night minimum stay is required.
