The smallest of the city's upscale hotels, the Sebel has a central location and a mix of lovely one- and two-bedroom suites, which sleep four to eight people. All rooms except the studios have kitchenettes with microwaves and refrigerators. Guests have use of a small private terrace on the sixth floor, inspired by the Renaissance gardens of Italy.
