A block from Odori Subway Station, the Hotel Okura Sapporo gets the balance between style and the personal connection just right. The public areas are small, so the staff gets to know you quickly. Upstairs, the rooms are spacious. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Toh-Ka-Lin, the hotel's Cantonese restaurant, offers reasonably priced lunch sets (though eating outside is still cheaper), while Suginome, a Japanese restaurant, provides a higher-end option.
