Located in the childhood home of Juliette Dodu, the first woman granted the Legion of Honor for military service, this handsome Creole hotel in downtown St. Denis has an elegant lattice work façade and dramatic, pointed gables. The yellow and blue interior spaces are warm, welcoming, and tastefully decorated in Ligne Roset designs. Out back is a pool and garden area, complete with corner Jacuzzi. The bistro-style bar and restaurant turns out light, locally sourced island cuisine like curried shrimp.
