Small, friendly, cute and cheerful: This hotel gets big points for its fabulous location and its quirky and fun design.
Fodor's Expert Review
This hotel has a cozy lobby filled with books about Tel Aviv and a lounge area that screens vintage black-and-white films about Israel. You'll recognize the building from the outside by its larger-than-life statues of two people astride the balcony wall \"talking\" by means of empty cottage-cheese containers connected by a string—a favorite pastime among Israeli kids in the 1950s. Breakfast is served across the street at the fascinating Cinema Hotel, worth a visit in its own right.
You Should Know Dizengoff Circle, which the hotel directly overlooks, is under massive construction, meaning that guests here should be prepared to deal with sounds and dust of construction, as well as the eyesore of the site itself.

Tip Rooms run small, so for a bit of extra breathing room, book a Junior Suite.

Bathrooms also have exposed brick walls, painted a clean white, as well as black-and-white tile floors and bright blue furnishings.
Lobby
The vintage wood front desk is painted a bright and cheerful blue, and room keys are sweetly hung in an old-world style key box just behind. Eclectic sitting furniture and cheeky artwork makes this lobby feel more like the living room of an eccentric friend.

Getting Around
When they named this hotel Center Chic, they meant it -- it's hard to find a spot more central in the entire city. Bustling Dizengoff Street is packed with buses and taxis; nearby Frishman Street will lead you straight to the beach; and a trip to the city's northern or southern fringes is easy in a taxi.
Restaurants
For excellent market-sourced meals that showcase the freshness of the Israeli kitchen, head over to the adjacent La Shuk (1-minute walk); if you're craving seafood and want a chic but casual atmosphere and a kitchen that's open late, book a seat at Goocha (6-minute walk).
