Arched doorways and windows in golden-hue Jerusalem stone frame this hotel's ethereal views of the Hinnom Valley. The Old City vistas are also splendid, especially from the outdoor pool and hot tub. The beautiful gardens are redolent with rosemary, honeysuckle, and olive trees. The Turkish-style spa complex, decorated with traditional blue tiles, is a great addition. With Moroccan-style decor, the older Citadel rooms have more character and are more spacious.
