Private driver/guide for England/Wales
Looking for recommendations for private drivers/guides for a trip to England and Wales in October (wouldn’t need a guide in London, but we’d prefer not to drive ourselves once we get out of the city). Thank you!

That is much too broad a question -- what specific places??
You wouldn't want a Cardiff driver/taxi taking you to Conwy or Snowdonia nor a driver from Kent/Dover/Canterbury take you around the Yorkshire Dale or the Cotswolds.
And what are you actually looking for -- day trips out of cities or a full on tour guide??
What does your proposed itinerary look like??

It might well be easier to use the trains to get from A to B and look at guides/tours local to each place.
